Sandhamn home sells for $2,998,000

A home in Sandhamn tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Moran, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 5372 Sandhamn Place to Andrew and Judith Economos, of Longboat Key, for $2,998,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,908 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.1 million in 2003.

Conrad Beach
Milton and Catalina Hendrickson sold their home at 7020 Firehouse Road to William and Deborah Lynch, of N. Grafton, Mass., for $1.1 million. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,788 square feet of living area.

Harbour Court
Brian and Jean Rushton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2254 Harbour Court Drive to Vassiliy and Viktoriya Larchenko, of Denver, for $1.1 million. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.51 million in 2006.

Anthony Dewhurst and John Tomlinson, trustees, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 4241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald and Lisa Greene, of McHenry, Ill., for $1.1 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2009.
