The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 16 and May 20. A home in Coquina Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter Swain, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 2913 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Ellen Odenath for $2,437,100. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 1,980 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 1994.

Country Club Shores
Sharon Ivey sold her home at 584 Gunwale Lane to John Harned Jr., of Winter Haven, for $2 million. Built in 1964, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,491 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,223,000 in 2003.

Club Longboat Beach and Tennis
Mary and William Brittain, of Masonic Home, Ky., sold their Unit 223 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles and Jeanne Muntan, of Louisville, Ky., for $800,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2000.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
James and Vyera Dillon, of Hartford, Conn., sold their Unit 2102 condominium at 2101 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Terry and Barbara Shockey, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, for $650,000.
