A home in St. James Park topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ian Nicolson sold his home at 6612 St. James Crossing to Jean Rae Latelle, trustee, of University Park, for $645,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,875 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $609,000 in 2014.

Adam and Kelly Ellis sold their home at 811 Field Brook Court to Peter and Melanie Nelson, of Bradenton, for $639,400. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $473,500 in 2003.
