Vizcaya condo sells for $1,975,000 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 13 and June 17.

A condominium in Vizcaya at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gary Knudsen sold the Unit 3B2 condominium at 2399 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 495 Main Street Realty Corp. for $1,975,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 1998.

 

Queens Harbour

Alan and Louise Parsons, of New York City, sold their home at 3522 Fair Oaks Lane to James and Patricia Lucerino, of Stony Brook, N.Y., for $920,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,562 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $722,500 in 2011.

 

Longboat Key Towers

Allen Lichter, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit N-602 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Chun Liu and Wen Wang, of Oakland Gardens, N.Y., for $850,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,500 in 1998.

 

The Players Club

Edward and Lynda Lynett, of Clarks Green, Pa., sold their Unit 105 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Joan Bernhard, of Port Washington, N.Y., for $845,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $313,000 in 1984.

 

Fairway Bay

David and Debra Groff, of Loganville, Ga., sold their Unit 903 condominium at 1918 Harbourside Drive to Lisa and William Richardson, trustees, of Osprey, for $550,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,000 in 2012.

Robert and Theresa Greger, of St. Louis, sold their Unit 251 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Robert Boltuch, of Longboat Key, for $499,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2012.

 

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

Walter and Shari Cohen, trustees, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold the Unit 703 condominium at 2221 Harbourside Drive to Martha Siefman, trustee, of Troy, Mich., for $429,900. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 1997.

 

Islander Club of Longboat

Robert and Muriel Klosterman, of St. Louis Park, Minn., sold their Unit 65-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Shreeram and Jankee Agharkar, of Princeton, N.J., for $410,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $352,500 in 2013.

 

Casa Del Mar

Garrett Taylor, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit 2 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dee and Kevin Bosiljevac, of Suwanee, Ga., for $375,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 828 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,900 in 2013.

 

Seaplace

Joseph and Irene Klemens, of Broadview Heights, Ohio, sold their Unit G4-106-G condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeremy and Diana Thompson, of Zumbro Falls, Minn., for $347,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2000.

 

Cedars East

Mark and Amanda Parker, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 23 condominium at 539 Forest Way to Neville and Margaret O’Reilly, of Monroe Township, N.J., for $300,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2007.

 

Sutton Place

Paul Cleslik sold the Unit T-5 condominium at 542 Sutton Place to Dennis Herr, of Lancaster, Pa., for $275,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,450 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $284,900 in 2003.
