MAJOR MALFUNCTION

Dispute: An employee at a laundromat reported a customer for creating a disturbance. She said the customer complained about not getting the correct change after putting money into the change machine. The employee explained to the customer that she could not refund him any money, because she did not know how much he had put in and the manager was not present at the time. She said the man made a scene before leaving the laundromat. Officers made contact with the man, who said he had put either a $20 or $50 bill into the change machine and did not receive any change back. He admitted to causing a scene, and said he was just angry about losing the money.
