A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Madill and Suzanne McKellips, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 7632 Portstewart Drive to Jeron and Lee Frank, of Lakewood Ranch, for $580,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,674 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2011.

Tidewater Preserve
Henry Hunt, of Nassau, Bahamas, sold the home at 1029 Kestrel Court to Clorinda and Steven Holland, of Bradenton, for $540,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,447 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2008.

Ashley Trace at University Place
Robert and Linda Smith, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7715 Charleston St. to Kevin Maloney, of W. Suffield, Conn., for $521,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,200 in 2004.
