Longbeach Village home sells for $620,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between February 15 and February 19.

A home in Longbeach Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Open Minds LLC sold the home at 6909 Longboat Drive S. to Ross and Valerie Schneiderman, of Ridgefield, Conn., for $620,000. Built in 1935, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,034,700 in 2006.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Charles and Gretchen Lefferson, of Williamsburg, Ohio, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Aaron and Suzanne Kleiner, of Waltham, Mass., for $617,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.

Sarasota Outrigger
Shelton Bass, of Lakeland, sold the Unit 1 condominium at 5155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Outrigger Longboat LLC for $305,000. Built in 1977, it has one bedroom, one bath and 782 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $108,500 in 1988.

Longboat Harbour
Michael and Coreen Walther, of Liberty Township, Ohio, sold their Unit 104 condominium at 4350 Chatham Drive to Bruce and Deborah Linick, of Osprey, for $224,000. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 667 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2011.

Cabana Beach Club
James Ferguson, of Glasgow, Scotland, sold the Unit 11 condominium at 5851 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LB Key LLC for $208,000. Built in 1971, it has one bedroom, one bath and 684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2015.
