Honey Bee Festival
Starts at 10 a.m. at Sweetgrass Farms, 8350 Carolina St. Sweetgrass Farms and Sarasota Honey Company partnered with the Suncoast Beekeepers Association for a fundraiser to benefit the creation of the Florida Honey Bee Research Lab to Save the Bees. There will be a you-pick strawberry patch, craft fair, live entertainment and educational booths. Admission is $5 for adults and free for children. Pineapple Antique Show

The Rotary Club of Sarasota Sunrise presents the 40th Annual Pineapple Antique Show. The annual fundraiser has been benefiting local charities since 1976 and features American and English antiques, fine art and jewelry, Asian art and antiques, crystal, china, pottery and porcelains.
