Country Club Shores home sells for $2.54 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between February 22 and February 26.

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Patricia Prudhomme, of Alton Bay, N.H., sold the home at 550 Putting Green Lane to Paul and Stacy Wheeler, of Somerset, Pa., for $2.54 million. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,959 square feet of living area.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club

Christopher and Angela Bromley, of Brandon, sold their Unit C-407 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to John Strasser, trustee, of Cary, N.C., for $1,615,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2007.

Grand Bay

Kerry and Diana Helinger sold their Unit 415 condominium at 3010 Grand Bay Blvd. to Konstantine and Lana Rothenberg, of New York City, for $830,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2010.

Promenade

Ziona Kaplan-Weber, of W. Hartford, Conn., sold her Unit 308 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond Bauer, of Nisswa, Minn., for $695,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 1997.

John and Kathryn Nelson, of Ft. Myers, sold their home at 425 McKinley Drive to Strassfeld Family Group LLC for $675,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,575 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $39,000 in 1972.
