A home in Greenbrook Village topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. SunCastle Properties LLC sold the home at 15505 Lemon Fish Drive to StreamRush Properties LLC for $625,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,500 in 2005.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Robert and Gloria Slyferth, of Morton Grove, Ill., sold their home at 15218 Helmsdale Place to John and Kelli Louise Roveto, of Duluth, Ga., for $510,000. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $468,900 in 2011.

David Rost and Ruth Ann Rost, trustees, sold the home at 14430 Whitemoss Terrace to John and Jean Scornavacco, of Highland Park, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area.
