Bay Isles home sells for $2.6 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between February 29 and March 4.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jack and Gaye Schwarz, of Zionsville, Ind., sold their home at 540 Harbor Point Road to John and Deborah Petchul, of Longboat Key, for $2.6 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,447 square feet of living area.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
Herriet Allweiss, trustee, of Marietta, Ga., sold the Unit 803 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Holly Bregstein, of Tenafly, N.J., for $1.68 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.1 million in 2006.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Myles Kleper and Judith Izen, of Lexington, Mass., sold their Unit 503 condominium at 2173 Harbourside Drive to Barbara Torrence, of Longboat Key, for $474,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2015.

Longboat Key
Cadence Bank sold the home at 810 Tarawitt Drive to Marie Pracht LLC for $425,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2007.

Casa Del Mar
Gary and Mary Ellen Hartshorn, trustees, of Apollo, sold the Unit 9 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Satya Srinivas and Anajanipriya Tallamraju, of Munster, Ind., for $380,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $418,000 in 2004.

Silver Sands
Steven and Elizabeth Bussanich, of Franklin Lakes, N.J., sold their Unit 258 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Roberta Saloga, of Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 520 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2013.

The Banyan Bay Club
Susan Schoenwald, of Bay Shore, N.Y., sold the Unit 503 condominium at 5270 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rafael and Terry Guzman, of Longboat Key, for $310,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,000 in 1978.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Aegis Property LLC sold the Unit 11 condominium at 634 Spanish Drive S. to Gloria Perkins, of Rockford, Ill., for $390,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,300 in 2015.

Nancy Tropkoff, of Brunswick, Ohio, and Helen Irvine, of Berea, Ohio, sold their Unit 157 condominium at 668 Spanish Drive N. to Kathy Kotovsky, of Longboat Key, for $256,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $50,000 in 2012.

First Longboat Harbour
Robert and Georgeanne Gregory, of Malvern, Pa., sold their Unit 106 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Sean and Emilia Davis, of Warren, Ohio, for $292,500. Built in 1969, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $239,000 in 2013.

BIRD KEY

Merle and Norma Greenwald, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 106 N. Warbler Lane to ARG Sarasota LLC for $1.6 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 1985.
