Country Club Village home tops local sales at $1.1 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lori Marinaccio, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 13407 Blythefield Terrace to Lucien and Connie Raguso, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,090,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,854 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2013.

Stanhope Gate
Jennifer Farhat, trustee, of University Park, sold the home at 7032 Stanhope Place to Helga Graaf, of University Park, for $835,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2012.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
