Sarasota County Fair
Times vary by day at the Sarasota County Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Blvd. The 80th annual Sarasota County Fair will showcase exhibits, Midway rides and local vendors. Parking is free. Gardens in Paradise Tour of Gardens
Runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting at the Sarasota Garden Club, 1131 Blvd. of the Arts. Visit private coastal gardens that showcase Florida-friendly gardening, and learn how to cultivate your own personal paradise. Tickets are $35 until Friday at 5 p.m. and $40 day of the tour. Arlington Park Spring Splash
Starts at 10 a.m. at Arlington Park Pool, Waldemere Street. Eggs hunts will be held in the pool as well as activities such as an egg toss, sack races, egg relay races and much more. Adult Easter Egg Hunt
Starts at 5 p.m. at the Sarasota Children’s Garden, 1670 10th Way. The Easter egg hunt starts with drinks and appetizers before attendees search for eggs with prizes that include trips and sculptures. Tickets are $45 for members; $50 for nonmembers. Visit sarasotachildrensgarden.com.

Trails & Bunny Tails
Runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sarasota Jungle Gardens, 3701 Bay Shore Road. Bring your basket for an Easter egg hunt and photo-ops with the Easter bunny. Other activities will include face painting, a petting zoo with bunnies and other animals, pony rides and a food tent. Guests who bring two cans of nonperishable food to donate to the Animal Hurricane Relief Fund will receive half off children’s admission. Easter Egg Hunt & Games on Siesta Key
Runs from 9 a.m. to noon at Beach Access No. 5 at Beach Road and Ocean Boulevard. Bring your Easter basket to hunt for eggs in the sand. Each child receives an Easter Bunny or stuffed toy, goody bag and Easter egg stuffed with prizes. This event is for children ages 1 to 6. Big Truck Day and Egg Hunt
Runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Twin Lakes Park, 6700 Clark Road. All kinds of trucks, firetrucks, dump trucks and more vehicles will be on display for kids to climb into. There will be two Easter egg hunts at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., so bring a basket. Admission is free. Call 861-5000.

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration
Starts at 11 a.m. at Lynches Pub & Grub, 19 B Boulevard of the Presidents, St. Armands Circle. The 29th Annual St. Patrick's Day Celebration at Lynches Pub & Grub will feature entertainment featuring Irish stepdancers, bagpipers and music by the Jacobites.
