A home in Edgewater Village topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Conrad and Vivian Cassie, of Madison, Wis., sold their home at 6622 Windjammer Place to Louis and Jane Edmondson, of Bradenton, for $699,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,865 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2006.

Robert and Janet Poirier, of Southbridge, Mass., sold their home at 8334 Abingdon Court to Joseph and Connie Blair, of University Park, for $589,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,373 square feet of living area.

Sheila and William Holtsnider, of Lincoln, Mass., sold their home at 8202 Abingdon Court to Jennifer Farhat and Ryan Farhat, trustees, of University Park, for $528,000.
