Key of Sea strikes a perfect chord

The Key of Sea choir held its final performance of the year March 29, at the Players Club.

This year, 28 women participated in the choir, which was established in 2001. The choir sang nine Broadway, movie and popular songs and performed at various assisted living and retirement facilities throughout the area.

The performance honored former member Peggy Skidmore, who died last year. Her husband, Jim, and daughter, Jackie, donated a keyboard in her memory.
