A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Duane and Pamela Paddock, trustees, sold the Unit 801 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Janet Riehl, trustee, of New Baltimore, Mich., for $2.8 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,805,000 in 2008.
L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
834564 Ontario Ltd. sold the Unit K-506 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Mallard Point Partners II LLC for $2.25 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2010.
The Promenade
Amy Lynn Byer and Allyson Byer Gwozdz, trustees, of Studio City, Calif., sold the Unit 612 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gerald and Kathleen Felicelli, of Longboat Key, for $1,175,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,273 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 1989.
Marina Bay
Suzanne and Daniel Goldenson sold their Unit 123 condominium at 2410 Harbourside Drive to Allen Lichter, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $1,115,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $985,000 in 2012.
Islands West
Dennis Barrett, trustee, of W. St. Paul, Minn., sold the Unit 10-F condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Michelle Hauser, of Sullivan, Ill., for $870,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area.

Terry and Carol Burris and Mark Moorehead, of Columbus, Ohio, and Laura Moorehead, of Dublin, Ohio, sold their home at 541 Chipping Lane to Vicente and Diane Baez, of Longboat Key, for $784,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2013.

Francis and Kathleen Garcia, of Houston, sold their Unit 12E condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ellyn Stern, of Longboat Key, for $780,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2008.

John Cain, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 1A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard Shaw and Esther Martin, of Gloucester, Mass., for $685,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,400 in 1997.

John and Elizabeth Wild, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 56 condominium at 3402 Winding Oaks Drive to William and Caressa Gadd, of Ozark, Mo., for $645,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2010.

Silvano and Julia Belmonte, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 301 Jackson Drive to Joseph Klaja and Terri Freeman-Klaja, trustees, of McMurray, Pa., for $910,000.
