A home in the Concession topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jaime Garcia, of Lakewood Ranch, and Veronica Garcia, of Bradenton, sold their home at 19439 Newlane Place to Russell Jay and Stanley Doran, of Bradenton, for $1.28 million. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,101 square feet of living area.

9269-5782 Quebec Inc. sold the home at 12744 Fontana Loop to John and Diane Wagner, of East Amherst, N.Y., for $590,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,266 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $556,600 in 2014.
