Enclave condo sells for $3.5 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 9 and May 13.

A condominium in The Enclave at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Buttonwood Property LLC sold the Unit A condominium at 3456 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark Chipman, of Manitoba, Canada, for $3.5 million. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths and 4,362 square feet of living area.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club
Maurice and Carolyn Cunniffe sold their Unit A-201 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Marsha Sobey and William Ryan, trustees, of New Brunswick, Canada, for $2.8 million. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2014.

Tangerine Bay Club
Second Kribs Family Investment LLC sold the Unit 514 condominium at 380 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Walter Stark, of Longboat Key, for $1.05 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,476 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,900 in 2002.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Kenneth Bennett, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 4241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel and Lesley Rife, of Longboat Key, for $935,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $691,000 in 2003.

Promenade
Joseph Contorno and Elaine Linker sold their Unit 209 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Benjamin and Karen Pace, of Arlington, N.J., for $935,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 1998.

Country Club Shores
Helen Papageorge, trustee, sold the home at 511 Putting Green Lane to Thomas Bijou, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,649 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $274,900 in 1991.

Seaplace
Suzanne Katz, of Larchmont, N.Y., sold her Unit G2-101B condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael and Jane Donnantuono, of Naperville, Ill., for $590,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2004.

Vincent Corrado Jr., of Whippany, N.J., Charles Corrado, of Palm Beach, Susan Corrado, of Oceanport, N.J., and Robert Corrado, of Scott Plains, N.J., sold their Unit M1-315-G condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey Leazer and Karen Duggen-Leazer, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $375,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,076 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1989.

The Privateer South
Lois Kaufman, of Charleston, W.Va., sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to William and Amy Garrison, of Pittsburgh, for $575,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $77,500 in 1988.

Peter and Janice Helms sold their Unit 202 condominium at 5645 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ann Giles, trustee, of Tampa, for $565,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,346 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2014.

The Shore
Brett and Meredith Hellman, trustee, of Mequon, Wis., sold their Unit 109 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Helen Durham, of Vineland, N.J., for $529,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2013.

Sea Grape Inn
Merlin and Emma Wadsworth, of Tampa, Steven and Mary Williamson, of Johns Creek, Ga., and David and Christine Wadsworth, of Raleigh, N.C., sold their Unit 5 condominium at 5125 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Janet Wells, of Surrey, United Kingdom, for $525,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2000.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
William Randall, of Miami, and S. Tysen Goss, of Guilford, Conn., trustees, sold the Unit 719 condominium at 719 Bayport Way to Joann Lowe, of Pepper Pike, Ohio, for $350,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1993.

The Dock on the Bay
Donald and Barbara MacLean, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 4 condominium at 3440 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Martha Wood, of Ligonier, Pa., for $300,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 1985.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
David and Linda Church, of Decatur, Ga., sold their Unit 102 condominium at 706 Spanish Drive S. to Cari Ferreiro and David Aslan, of Wantagh, N.Y., for $295,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 2012.

BIRD KEY

Thomas Bijou sold the home at 440 Pheasant Drive to Paul and Sandra Sessa, of Chester, N.J., for $1,415,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,800 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2014.

John Ringling Estates
Christopher Goglia, manager of Sun Catcher LLC, sold the home at 230 N. Adams Drive to J L St. Armands LLC for $820,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,666 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2010.
