A home in Lake Club topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Hugh Sawyer and Freshta Marcum, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 16326 Daysailor Trail to Daniel and Clare Murphy, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.65 million. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,978 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Charles Bamberger, of Ft. Worth, Texas, sold his home at 7006 Dominion Lane to Patrick and Gale O’Brien, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,196 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2014.

Ernest and Rebecca Swanson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8308 Championship Court to Rocco and Nancy Lombardo, of Dix Hills, N.Y., for $591,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,627 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $738,000 in 2006.
