A home on Siesta Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Nancy Potter, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 863 Siesta Key Circle to W. David and M. Denise Sanders, of Elkhart, Ind., for $2,250,000. Built in 1994, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,752 square feet of living area.

Angelina Loetschert-Tschudi and Christian Tschudi sold their Unit PH-B condominium at 888 S. Orange Ave. to Benjamin and Linda Paster, of Sarasota, for $1,925,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2008.

Turtle Rock
Dale and Margareta Josephson sold their home at 5063 Timber Chase Way to Peter and Stacey Leach, of Sarasota, for $460,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2012.
