Sarasota High 5 Moments: 11.24.16

1 — Cardinal Mooney senior Parker Shanahan signed with Berry College for baseball on Nov. 17.

2 — At the same time, Cardinal Mooney senior Patrick Warren signed with Rhodes College for lacrosse.

3 — On Nov. 15, Riverview senior volleyball player Margo Schnapf was selected to play in the Florida Athletic Coaches Association All-Star Classic.

4 — The Riverview football team’s defense held Dr. Phillips’s high-powered offense to under 300 yards and forced three turnovers on Nov. 18, but lost 21-0.

5 — Booker senior guard Cellexia Foster scored 22 points to lead all scorers in the Tornadoes’ 47-42 loss to Sarasota on Nov. 18.
