East County High 5 Moments: 11.30.16

1 — On Nov. 22, Karen Fehr hit a hole-in-one on the 16th hole at University Park Country Club. Fehr used a TaylorMade 8 iron to sink the 108-yard shot.

2 — Devin Twenty scored 17 points to lead the Lakewood Ranch boys basketball team to a 60-50 win over Belen Jesuit on Nov. 26 at Lehigh’s Lightning Turkey Shootout.

3 — On Nov. 26, Cierra McKinon had a team-high 13 rebounds in the Lakewood Ranch girls basketball team’s 53-35 win over Winter Park at the Florida Prospects Thanksgiving Classic in Orlando.

4 — Len Baggerman and Gary Doyle won a Men’s Golf Association 1 Best Ball of 2 event at Palm Aire Country Club on Nov. 23. The pair shot a combined 10 under par.

5 — On Nov. 26, Sid Miner and David Hirst shot 14 over par to win a Men’s Golf Association Quota Points event at Palm Aire Country Club.
