Runs from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at TPC Prestancia, 4409 Tournament Players Club Drive. The Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce hosts golfers of all skill levels for networking and a game of 18 holes. 15-year Commemoration of 9/11
Runs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Patriot Plaza at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72. Representatives of local governments, first responders and interfaith groups will gather for the commemoration. Attendees can “adopt a fallen” from the 2,977 names engraved in bronze at the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York City. At the commemoration, attendees will stand to state their adopted victim’s name during the Sarasota Fire Department’s tolling of the bell. Admission is free.

‘Guy Peterson: Solving X’ Lecture and Reception
