The Resort at Longboat Key Club was filled with hockey greats this weekend as several former NHL players hit the golf course for the eighth annual ESPO Tournament.

Phil Esposito, Kenny Hodge, Wayne Cashman, Bobby Taylor and Brian Bradley were just a few of the former hockey pros who were part of the 20 teams of five competing in the tournament over the weekend.

The tournament was hosted by the Phil Esposito Family Foundation, which raises funds for several benefactors. The tournament benefited the Carrie Esposito Youth Hockey Scholarship fand Florida Sled Hockey organization.

The event chairwoman was Renee Puchalla; Esposito was honorary chairman.
