Hadley, Mass., for $4.3 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,791 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 1996.

Barnett Brooks and Caroline Popper, of Sarasota, sold their home at 413 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Stuart Barzman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3,232,300. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2002.
James and Laura Turner, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 232 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to 232 President’s LLC for $1.06 million. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,593 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $42,100 in 1974.
