North Washington Drive home sells for $4.3 million

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sergio and Graziella Luciani sold their home at 66 N. Washington Drive to George and Eleni Gomez, of S. Hadley, Mass., for $4.3 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,791 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.7 million in 1996.

John Ringling Estates

Barnett Brooks and Caroline Popper, of Sarasota, sold their home at 413 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Stuart Barzman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $3,232,300. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2002.

James and Laura Turner, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 232 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to 232 President’s LLC for $1.06 million. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,593 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $42,100 in 1974. 

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Marc and Karen Fors, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit D-906 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Jaclyn Brunkhorst, of Sarasota, for $2.3 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 1998.

Vernon

W. Anthony and Jean Vernon, of Sarasota, sold a home and two vacant lots to Joseph Genova, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.6 million. The home is located at 7031 Bayside Drive. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,287 square feet of living area. The vacant lots are at 780 Russell St. and no assigned address. 

Bird Key

Sean and Melanie Natarajan, of Palmetto, sold their home at 404 Partridge Circle to George Covert and Lauren Covert, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.5 million. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,303 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $845,000 in 2009.

Peacock Properties LLC sold the home at 619 N. Owl Drive to NOD Sarasota LLC for $1.3 million. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $584,500 in 1998.

Matthew and Sharon Price, of Sarasota, sold their home at 440 Bird Key Drive to Michael and Martha Richardson, of Prospect, Ky., for $760,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2016.

Presley and Maureen Buntin, of Zionsville, Ind., sold their Unit 3 condominium at 260 N. Shore Road to Roger Field Jr. and Judy Field, trustees, of Signal Mountain, Tenn., for $1,250,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,857 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,500 in 1987.

Queens Harbour

Nelson Salabarria and Joyce Hancsom, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3503 Fair Oaks Court to Francis and Kathleen Garcia, of Longboat Key, for $1,245,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $556,000 in 2011.

Tangerine Bay Club

Francoise Baillargeon and William Kribs, of Windermere, sold their Unit 331 condominium at 360 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey and Joanne Spalter, of Spring, Texas, for $1,107,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2009.

David and Patricia Chipping, of Kent, England, sold their home at 525 Yawl Lane to Yun Tong and Hua Lei, of Xinjiang, China, for $805,000. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2010.

C. Craig and Audrae Tisher, trustees, of Gainesville, sold the home at 581 Ranger Lane to Yun Tong and Hua Lei, of Xinjiang, China, for $735,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,939 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 1990.

Charles and Patricia Zaledonis, of Sea Girt, N.J., sold their Unit 512 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Maryann Tarnok, of Mount Kisco, N.Y., for $745,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2014.

Horst Thurau, of Detmold, Germany, sold his Unit 1004 condominium at 1920 Harbourside Drive to Peter and Elizabeth Kelly, of Mamaroneck, N.Y., for $492,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2010.

Lauri Pollack, trustee, and Richard Pollack sold their Unit 221 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Michael and Tobie Meisel, of Guilford, Conn., for $480,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1999.

Margaret Williams, trustee, of Warren, Ohio, sold the Unit A-101 condominium at 5211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Justin and Yael Dutro, of Cincinnati, for $640,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,363 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2015.

Jane Nutter Johnson and R.C. Johnson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 315 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Douglas Hardy, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for $535,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,500 in 2002.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club

Irving and Susan Fink, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 810 condominium at 810 Bayport Way to Howard and Helene Rose, of Evanston, Ill., for $480,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2001.

Longboat Harbour

Eileen Devine, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 308 condominium at 4350 Chatham Drive to B. Rex Hagen, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $339,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Joseph and Barbara Orear, of Bradenton, sold their Units 80 and 81 condominiums at 882 Spanish Drive S. to Cary and Mary Campagna, of Portage, Mich., for $255,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1986.
