Ritz Carlton Residences condo sells for $4.3 million

H. Michael and Barbara Barrett, of Nashville, Tenn., sold their Unit 1203 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Scott Moore, trustee, of Sarasota, for $4.3 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.2 million in 2005.

Longboat Key Estates

George Symanski Jr. and Caroline Clausen sold their home at 593 Rountree Drive to MCE Florida LLC for $2,212,500. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,757 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2003.

Bird Key

Wahoo Inc. sold the home at 609 N. Owl Drive to Timothy Ng, of Sarasota, for $1.83 million. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,011,800 in 2015.

Bobby Hughes, trustee, sold the home at 106 Seagull Lane to Adam and Jami Dexter, of Elkhart, Ind., for $1.8 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,714 square feet of living area.

The Pierre

Michael and Margurite Griffiths sold their Unit 904 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Edward Dato Jr. and Angela Dato, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,712,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2004.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach

Donald Rausch, trustee, of Evansville, Ind., sold the Unit A-904 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael Nannes and Nancy Everett, of Sarasota, for $1.36 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $946,000 in 2001.

Park Residences of Lido Key

Park Residences Development LLC sold the Unit W103 condominium at 129 Taft Drive to Constantine Tselios, of Marietta, Ga., for $1.36 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet of living area.

Orchid Beach Club

Paul and Stacy Ann Wheeler, of Somerset, Pa., sold their Unit A302 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Sylvia Babineau, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2011.

Country Club Shores

Scott and Maria Miller sold their home at 1101 Bogey Lane to Samuel Walker and Jessica Bakert, of Longboat Key, for $889,500. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $795,000 in 2008. 

Fairway Bay

Julie Harmon, Kathy Shkolnik, Molly Ruben and Alfred Harmon Jr. sold their Unit 638 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to Robert Nusbaum Jr. and Suzanne Nusbaum, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $850,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,550 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 1988.

Corey’s Landing

Lynn Recht, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3479 Byron Lane to Maxie LLC for $625,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,229 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $267,100 in 1990.

Sleepy Lagoon

Kathleen Anthony, of Plano, Texas, sold her home at 6300 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Tyler Wheeler, of Longboat Key, for $590,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,197 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2007.

Gary and Deborah Harmeling, of Hebron, Ky., sold their Unit B103 condominium at 5210 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Beth Myers and Michael Keefe, of Cincinnati, for $383,500. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2004. 

Longboat Harbour

Margaret Crutchfield, Jean Crutchfield, Mary Crutchfield and Martha Crutchfield sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4430 Exeter Drive to Eric and Marsha Escola, of N. Canton, Ohio, for $315,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area.

Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, trustee, sold the home at 610 Broadway to Jordan Sebastiano, of Longboat Key, for $290,000. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.
