A home in Sleepy Lagoon Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Sharon Stricker and John and Nancy Stricker, of Windermere, sold their home at 625 Norton St. to Steven and Heidi Guy, of Buckinghamshire, England, for $685,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2011.

Fairway Bay II

Jane Daganhardt, Holly McConnaughey, Robert Daganhardt, Amy Whitlow and George Daganhardt sold their Units 334 and 335 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Betty Donnelly and Lane Donnelly, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $600,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2003.

Kingston Arms

John and Joann Hunt sold their Unit 26-A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Gary Miller, trustee, of Sarasota, for $398,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $111,000 in 1997. 

Sutton Place

James and Sandra Cristantiello, of Danbury, Conn., sold their Unit T-25 condominium at 577 Sutton Place to Shawn Spiezio, of Sevierville, Tenn., for $240,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $85,000 in 1994.

Sarasota Harbour Apartments

Sims Family Trust, Judith Sims, trustee, of Missouri City, Texas, sold the Unit 8 condominium at to Judith Sims, of Missouri City, Texas, for $228,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $91,000 in 1995.
