Thaddeus and Jessica Wright sold their home at 357 Blackbird Court to Brian and Margaret Bennett and Peter and Danielle Bennett, of Bradenton, for $438,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,932 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $407,000 in 2013.

John and Marie Hodder, of Newfoundland, Canada, sold their home at 12728 Daisy Place to Toni and Rustem Azizov, of Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $337,000 in 2014.

Crossing Creek Village

Thomas and Cynthia Proffitt sold their home at 4858 68th St. Circle E., to Elliott and Robin Varon, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $322,300 in 2015.

Frank and Teresa Giacinto, of Celebration, sold their home at 4425 67th St. E., to Herbert and Mary O’Neil, of Bradenton, for $292,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,200 in 2009.

Carrie Castillo, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6321 68th St. E., to Alvin and Faith Brown, of Bradenton, for $367,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,726 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $273,000 in 2012.

Mitchell and Kristine Ponton, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6610 63rd Terrace E., to Tyler and Diana Fowler, of Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,584 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,000 in 2014.
