A Bird Key home topped all transactions in this week's real estate. Manuel and Erika Joaquim, of Sarasota, sold their home at 456 Meadow Lark Drive to Kathryn Damude, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.85 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,774 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2010.
Longboat Beachcomber
Sergey Poskotin and Svetlana Bichurina sold their Unit 303 condominium at to Roman Tatarinov and Anna Abramson, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $290,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 2014.
Longboat Harbour
Richard and Clarise Pellegrino, of Greencastle, Pa., sold their Unit 103 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Richard and Beverly Romansky, of Massillon, Ohio, for $310,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $403,000 in 2005.

LSDS United LP sold the Unit N-403 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Robert and Gladys Nadeau, of Longboat Key, for $657,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of area. It sold for $270,000 in 1985.

Deborah Zacharko, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 206 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Walter and Barbara Zacharko, of Sarasota, for $329,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2000.

Marcus Lewis and Jaina Shaw, of Nashville, Tenn., sold their home at 740 Penfield St. to James Larweth, of Windermere, for $605,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 1999.
