A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Soo and Jung Kim, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 13614 Legends Walk Terrace to Nagappa and Vasantha Ravindra, of Pittsford, N.Y., for $975,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $836,500 in 2004.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club

William and Laurie Montague, of Mission Hills, Kansas, sold their home at 919 Fish Hook Cove to Michael and Leta Mulholland, of Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,011 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,062,600 in 2004.
