A condominium in Orchid Beach Club Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sylvia Babineau sold her Unit C501 condominium at 2052 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Gestion Y.F. Inc. for $4.35 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,229 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.52 million in 2005.

Positano

Heartbeat LLC sold the Unit 305 condominium at 4975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Amy Merlino, of Richfield, Ohio, for $3.1 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,025,000 in 2009.

Mangrove Bay

Terence and Joanne Blackman, of Palmetto, sold their home at 741 Hideaway Bay Drive to John Kling and Nancy Kling, trustees, of Bradenton, for $2,303,000. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,424 square feet of living area. 

Longboat Terrace

Peter and Karen Pizzarello sold their Unit 119 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nicholas and Sandra Verola, of Longboat Key, for $1.05 million. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,956 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 1993.  

Tangerine Bay Club

Virginia Nollenberger-Rice, Bruce Nollenberger and Barton Nollenberger, trustees, of San Rafael, Calif., sold the Unit 114 condominium at 340 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald and Marilyn Sullivan, of Longboat Key, for $925,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,200 in 1993.  

Sea Gate Club

Mark and Linda Marek, of Lewis Center, Ohio, sold their Unit 13-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Louis and Nancy Goodman, of Bethesda, Md., for $780,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2015.

Samuel and Stacie Linsky, of Tampa, sold their Unit 6-A condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ted and Sharon Sowder, of Bloomington, Ind., for $640,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2011.

St. Armands Towers North

John and Cynthia Smith, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 75 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Daniel and Lisa Wilczynski, of Walbridge, Ohio, for $610,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2002.

Berkeley House of Lido Harbour

Christ Tambos and Theresa Burgess sold their Unit 202 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin to William Schulz and Dell Bauslaugh, of Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2011.

Longboat Harbour

Eileen Geysen, trustee, of Forestburgh, N.Y., sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Susan Claudio, of Hampton Bays, N.Y., for $265,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $109,000 in 1989.
