A new commercial node in Sarasota County soon will open.

Georgia-based commercial and real estate development firm S.J.Collins Enterprises today announced it has fully leased its University Station project, a 53,746-square-foot commercial project at the southwest corner of University Parkway and Honore Avenue. The project will be anchored by Whole Foods Market that is larger than the current downtown Sarasota location.

An opening date for Whole Foods is still being determined.

Great Expressions Dental Centers, Lee Nails, Banfield Pet Hospital, Greenwise Dry Cleaner, Wawa and Zoë’s Kitchen will also be added to the center’s lineup.

Wawa and Zoë’s Kitchen are both expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2017, followed by the other tenants in late 2017 and early 2018, a press release states.
