JAIL TIME FOR BULL
1650 South Duette Road, Myakka City
A man contacted the Sheriff's Office after finding a bull in his pasture. The man said he believes the bull should have been in another nearby pasture. Deputies canvased the area and made phone calls attempting to locate the bull's owner without success. The bull was taken to jail for safe keeping.

PUSHY PROPERTY MANAGER SNAPS
11204 Second Avenue East, Bradenton
Information Only: A women came to the Sheriff's Office to report that her property manager came to her house uninvited. She said the man had been calling trying to get her to let him come inside the home to take photos since it was going up for sale. The woman, who had lived at the home 11 years, said she repeatedly told him he was not allowed inside until she cleaned it. Finally, the man showed up at the front door and was tired of being told he couldn't come inside so she barged inside and began taking photos. The woman insisted he leave but he refused and continued snapping photos. They continued to argue and he finally left.

HIGH, BUT HONEST
5400 block of Lockwood Ridge Road, Bradenton
Found property: On patrol, a Sheriff's Office deputy pulled over a white Ford Expedition for a traffic violation. The deputy instantly could smell marijuana inside the vehicle. The driver was asked if there was anything illegal in his vehicle and he stated he had a glass pipe for smoking marijuana, a marijuana grinder and one gram of raw marijuana. The deputy place the man in handcuffs for safety, then conducted a search of the vehicle, and found all the items he said were in the vehicle. The deputy seized all illegal contraband and placed it into property and evidence for destruction. The driver was issued tickets for expired registration and failure to change his address on his driver's license.

SOMEBODY IS WATCHING
5100 block of Windmill Manor Avenue, Bradenton
Information Only: A woman contacted the Sheriff's Office and wanted to file a report. She had been friends with her neighbor, who lives across the street, for years. They were such good friends the one neighbor would help with house cleaning and other tasks. Her neighbor would come to her house and walk right in. The woman started feeling uncomfortable with that arrangement and asked her neighbor not to just walk in without knocking. The woman said her neighbor has started to talk behind her back and they are no longer friends. The woman now feels that every time she leaves her house, the other woman is watching. The woman wanted to report the incident.
