A woman told the officer she was on her way to play tennis when maintenance workers said her tire was making a funny noise. The woman found four nails in the tire and said she was involved in an civil disagreement with a neighbor.  The woman further noted that she found a nail in her tire in April and believed the two incidents were connected. The officer photographed the nails and vehicle tag for evidence and recommended the woman request that the property’s board of directors install security cameras.
