Country Club Village home sells for $850,000

A home in Country Club Village topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joy Singh Holdings LLC sold the home at 7535 Abbey Glen to Nitin Malhotra, of Vienna, Va., for $850,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,831 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,683,000 in 2014.

Tidewater Preserve

David and Denise Stinchcomb, of Nazareth, Pa., sold their home at 5204 Tidewater Preserve Blvd., to Chad and Jessica Person, of Bradenton, for $710,000. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $708,600 in 2016.

Paula Beauchamp, of Bradenton, sold her home at 1009 Lanyard Court to Scott Beam and Haixia Wang, of Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $574,400 in 2014.
