A condominium in Orange Blossom Tower tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Rebecca Tompkins, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 7 condominium at 1330 Main St. to AMI Assets LLC for $1.55 million. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,954 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.4 million in 2002.

Sylvester Bonarti and Maria Milagrosa Diaz-Bonarti, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the Unit PH1707 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Jonathan Leverence and Lori Leverence, trustees, of Ocoomowoc, Wis., for $1 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,797 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2013.

Wendy La Guardia, Peter Larson and Mildred Larson, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 704 condominium at 888 Boulevard of the Arts to Kathleen Barclay, trustee, of Sarasota, for $905,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2016.

Jean and Yvonne Dumas sold their Unit 203 condominium at 97 Sunset Drive to Judeth Jensen, of Sarasota, for $869,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2010.

Samuel and Blair Williamson sold their home at 1625 Landings Blvd. to Heidi Anderson, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $689,000 in 2012.

Linda Swain, of Sarasota, sold her home at 231 Cosmopolitan Court to Manuel Joaquim and Erika Joaquim, trustees, of Sarasota, for $735,000. Built in 2016, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,600 in 2016.

John and Mary Frances Cook, trustees, sold the home at 675 Avenida De Mayo to Deborah Baer, of Pittsburgh, for $775,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,269 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2002.

Daniel and Beverly Harlan, of Carmel, Ind., sold their home at 7788 Calle Facil to Linelle Dickinson and Roger Dickinson, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $405,000 in 2004.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 27 Blake Way to Ekaterina Dolganova, of Osprey, for $785,000. Built in 2016, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,029 square feet of living area.

Casey Cove

Hubert and Elaine Ocamb, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the home at 906 Casey Cove Drive to Michael Gautier, of Nokomis, for $700,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,500 in 1985.
