Bird Key home sells for $1.05 million

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. G&H Anna Maria LLC sold the home at 577 S. Spoonbill Drive to Adrianna Paradiso, of Norwalk, Conn., for $1.05 million. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2015.

Bay Isles

Peter and Chezelle Serev, of Woodbury, Conn., sold their home at 3580 Bayou Circle to Richard and Laurel Maul, of Longboat Key, for $780,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,870 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2008.

Country Club Shores

Victor Stone, of Cascade, Va., sold his home at 560 Wedge Lane to Jeffrey and Patricia Pikel, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., for $690,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,156 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 1991.

Key Towers South

Gene and Jacqueline Wenstrom, of Sartell, Minn., sold their Unit 4-D condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kabir and Mona Khalid, of Sarasota, and Nina Khalid, of Orlando, for $685,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2005.

Lido Surf and Sand

Brian and Cynthia Keenan, of Tampa, sold their Unit 606 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to George and Linda Dabbiero, of Bradenton, for $499,500. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2007.

Spanish Main Yacht Club

Vivian Wenzel, of Huntington, N.Y., sold her Unit 41 condominium at 829 Spanish Drive N. to Nancy Wenzel, of Huntington, N.Y., for $350,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $199,900 in 2010.

Lido Dorset

Gerald and Peggy Testa, of Ontario, N.Y., sold their Unit 215 condominium at 475 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Glenn and LaVeda Bailey, of Oldenburg, Ind., and Mark and Elizabeth Gruber, of Liberty Township, Ohio, for $222,500. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 593 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $91,900 in 1996.
