Bay Isles home sells for $4,625,000

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Janice Baierlein, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 1560 Harbor Cay Lane to Randy and Kimberly Prock, of Danville, Ind., for $4,625,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 6,202 square feet of living area. 

Bay Isles

Benjamin and Gisela Huberman, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3531 Bayou Pointe to Douglas Jacobs, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2,275,000. Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,074 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2015. 

Ray and Marla Dils sold their home at 1621 Harbor Cay Lane to Robert and Joan Piscitelli, of Westminster, Colo., for $2.25 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,221 square feet of living area.

Raymond Lough and Martha Michals, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 3384 Bayou Lane to Rex and Anne Wetherill, of Cincinnati, for $870,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $648,000 in 2011.

Country Club Shores

Jean Orders, trustee, of Charleston, W.Va., sold the home at 640 Halyard Lane to Boris Miksic and Ines Tendler, of Longboat Key, for $2.6 million. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1983. 

John Ringling Estates

Stephen and Janice Van Dyck sold their home at 315 S. Washington Drive to Richard Carter and Josette Desmoulieres Carter, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2012.

John and Maria Sinift, of Sarasota, sold their home at 215 Tyler Drive to Richard and Mary Keiling, of Blairstown, N.J., for $795,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2002.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Ray and Louise Stewart, of Duluth, Ga., sold their Unit K-306 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Mary Jo White, trustee, of Beaver Creek, Ohio, for $1,595,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 1999.

La Lenaire Isle

Nancy Nolin, of Cortez, sold her home at 7155 La Lenaire Drive to Kurt and Kimberly Lagerloef, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., for $1.27 million. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,336 square feet of living area. 

Harbour Court

Anna McCann, of Sarasota, sold the home at 2204 Harbour Court Drive to Joseph and Laura Morsman, of Longboat Key, for $1.15 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,189 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2014.

Lido Beach Club

Steven and Roxann Coe, of Reston, Va., sold their Unit 1208 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Rebekah Burgess, of Sarasota, for $770,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2012.

Robert and Joan Tufts, of Osprey, sold their Unit 909 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michaela Fallon and Susan Salt Fallon, of Western Springs, Ill., for $670,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2013.

Hakim and Melissa Morsli, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 305 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard and Alitza Trumpler, of Sag Harbor, N.Y., for $431,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,116 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2015.

John Sheldon, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 650 Cedar St. to Frank Harrison and Priscilla VonAhnen, of Longboat Key, for $550,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,366 square feet of living area. 

St. Judes Drive

Gerald and Janet Anderson sold their home at 769 St. Judes Drive N. to Harold and Christine Cullison, of Longboat Key, for $525,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2008.

Whitney Beach

Victor Rugg and Edith Ingenhaag, of E. Hampton, N.Y., sold their Unit 179 condominium at 6750 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dennis and Barbara Morgan, of Auburndale, for $200,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2016.
