Grande Riviera condominium sells for $2.15 million

A condominium in The Grande Riviera tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David Macrae and Susan Macrae, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the Unit 300A condominium at 420 Golden Gate Point to Michael and Tassana Landy, of Red Bank, N.J., for $2.15 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,025,000 in 2015.

Johnson Estates

HB Land Holdings LLC sold the home at 1530 Pine Bay Drive to James Dunn and Joanne Gavan, of Stockton, N.J., for $1.55 million. Built in 2017, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,805 square feet of living area. 

The Tower Residences

Gail Root, of Bexar, Texas, sold the Unit 904 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Eileen Malloch and Gordon Malloch, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.49 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.39 million in 2003.

Thomas Brooks Jr. and Guy Brooks, trustees, of N. Haven, Conn., sold the home at 8640 Dunmore Drive to Sergey Yakovenko, trustee, of Osprey, for $800,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,942 square feet of living area. 

Kentwood Estates

David and Dorothy Thomas sold their home at 1572 Eastbrook Drive to HB Land Holdings LLC for $630,000. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.

Rivo at Ringling

William Boritz and Jane Boritz, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1108 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Robert and Patricia Clark, of Sarasota, for $520,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $512,100 in 2006.

Alisa Blessing, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1711 Spring Creek Drive to FSKS Construct LLC for $500,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,028 square feet of living area.

Rod Holdings Sarasota 2 LLC sold two properties at 708 Norsota Way to Charles and Tatyana Stewart, of Sarasota, for $750,000. The first property was built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,431 square feet of living area. The first property was built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 185 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $970,000 in 2015.

William and Norma Mallin, of Pittsburgh, sold their Unit 606 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Terry Atkinson, trustee, of Bloomfield, Mich., for $590,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1983.
