Lido penthouse sells for $4.45 million

A penthouse at The Beach Residences, Ritz-Carlton has just sold for $4.45 million, the highest priced sale at the property in more than 10 years. The gulf-front residence, located at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive, is managed by the Ritz-Carlton.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Judy Kepecz-Hays represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction, which closed Nov. 1. The property went under contract after two weeks on the market.

“The fact that we're selling those price ranges that quickly, I don’t know how anybody could look at that and not say that’s a strong indicator or what our next 12 months will look like," said Coldwell Managing Broker Ellen C. O'Day.

The split floor plan includes three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a powder room and more than 3,964 square feet of living space.
