Sansara condominium sells for $1,762,500

A condominium in Sansara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sansara Development Corp. sold the Unit 501 condominium at 300 S. Pineapple Ave. to Richard Augustine, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1,762,500. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,702 square feet of living area.

House of Indian Beach

Thomas and Carilyn Richardson, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 4114 Bay Shore Road to Betsy Friedman, of Longboat Key, for $1.75 million. The first property was built in 2015, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,794 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2015, it has one bedroom, one bath and 352 square feet of living area.

James and Ann Magee sold their Unit 801 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to William and Jacqueline Diehl, of Sarasota, for $1.17 million. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1991.

The Cloisters at the Landings

Nathan and Bonnie Richards, of Sarasota, sold their home at to John Alogna and Carol Cotner, trustees, of Osprey, for $1 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,269 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $782,500 in 2004.

Pomelo Place

Michael and Amie Boyle, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1337 Pomelo Ave. to Stephanie Hedstrom, of Sarasota, for $840,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,655 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2008.

Osprey Avenue

Nasara Holdings LLC sold the two properties at 616 and 626 S. Osprey Ave. to Florida Lucky Star LLC, trustee, for $725,000. The property at 616 was built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,740 square feet of living area. The property at 626 was built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,624 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $600,000 in February.

One Watergate

Stuart Burstein and Carolyn Doppelt Gray, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 12C condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to James and Cade Sibley, of Sarasota, for $686,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,736 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2008.
