Country Club East home tops sales at $1.18 million

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Eugene and Sheila Seashore, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7502 Royal Valley Court to John and Karen Wishart, of Chesterfield, Mo., for $1.18 million. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.24 million in 2015.

Country Club East

Renee Graeff, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7328 Haddington Cove to Richard Bruce and Susan Bruce, trustees, of Sarasota, for $785,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,746 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2015.

John and Nancy Bancs, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 1015 Fish Hook Cove to Kathleen Kennedy and Martin McElligott, of Bradenton, for $750,000.
