A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard Perlman and Ellen Hanson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1155 Center Place to Lido Acquisitions LLC for $1.95 million. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,691 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.43 million in 2013.
Grand Bay
Philippe Koenig, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 315 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Ronald and Catherine Darilek, of Garden Ridge, Texas, for $822,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2013.

Michael and Georgina Pirrone, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their home at 476 E. Royal Flamingo Drive to Brian and Diane Moore, of Windsor, Conn., for $705,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,918 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2009.
