A home in Greyhawk Landing topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anthony and Pauline Serra, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13115 Raven Terrace to Shelby and Lori Curtsinger, of Bradenton, for $630,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,065 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,300 in 2005.

Country Club East

Stirling Equity Group LLC sold the home at 14704 Castle Park Terrace to Jorge Morales and James Frost, of Bradenton, for $583,000. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,713 square feet of living area.
