Beech Holdings (BVI) Ltd. sold the Unit 132 condominium at 2165 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Barbara Steele, of Chicago, for $1,422,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $694,200 in 1996.

Judy Weston, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the home at 3121 Bayou Sound to Scott and Maria Miller, of Longboat Key, for $1.35 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 1993.
