A condominium in The Water Club at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lee and Terry Dubin, of Charlotte, N.C., sold their Unit 403 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Aurelia Hamel, of Annapolis, Md., for $1,425,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,045 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,385,000 in 2012.

Triton Cove

John and Sandra Holcomb sold their Unit 1 condominium at 3030 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Jennifer Shimek, of Longboat Key, for $900,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $831,500 in 2004.

The Beaches of Longboat Key

Sandra Leshman, trustee, of W. Bloomfield, Mich., sold the Unit 706 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Frank and Laura Mucerino, of Longboat Key, for $650,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2007.

Corey’s Landing

Nancy Dver-Cohen sold the home at 3455 Byron Lane to John and Kristine Fette, of Longboat Key, for $625,500. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,507 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 2002.

Bayview Estates

James Hayworth and Cindy Hayworth, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 548 Bayview Drive to Vicki Ogden, of Longboat Key, for $575,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,084 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2000.

Beachplace II

William and Deborah Lynch sold their Unit 203 condominium at 1095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Janis Wade, of Waukesha, Wis., for $569,500. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,000 in 2011.

Longbeach

Mark Zintel and Beth Doyle, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 591 Cedar St. to Richard Yow and Shelton-Yow, of Port Orange, for $555,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,766 square feet of living area. 

Cedars West of Longboat

Nancy Marks, Wesley Blair III, Robert Blair and David Blair, of Chappaqua, N.Y., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Wittig and Andrea Wittig, trustees, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 1992.

Harbour Oaks II

Nanette Soltesiz and Kismet Soltesiz, trustees, of Columbiana, Ohio, sold the home at 2330 Harbour Oaks Drive to Mary Tanzosh and Nancy Stacer, of Rogers, Ark., for $432,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,565 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,000 in 1986.

Longboat Harbour

Richard and Clarise Pellegrino, of Greencastle, Pa., sold their Unit 306 condominium at 4410 Exeter Drive to Liam and Mary Ellen Ward, of Longboat Key, for $373,00. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2003.

Jean Silvernail, of Warminster, Pa., sold her Unit 101 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Richard Catapano and Abbe Weiswasser-Catapano, of Conshohocken, Pa., for $333,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2015.
