Riverdale home tops sales at $2.1 million

A home in Riverdale topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen and Lynn Kukanza sold their home at 4219 Hawk Island Drive to Douglas and Sheri Fenstermaker, of Warren, Ohio, for $2.1 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,087,500 in 2015.

Lake Club

Richard and Amy Cox, of Crown Point, Ind., sold their home at 7926 Staysail Court to Anthony and Lorraine Ferdinand, of Bradenton, for $1.42 million. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,792 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in August.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club

Robert and Terri Paccione, of Bradenton, sold their home at 914 Maritime Court to Cathy and Thomas Andrich, of Bradenton, for $725,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $642,100 in 2003.
