Keith Pointe Drive home sells for $2.6 million

A home in Keith Pointe tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. PennyMac Loan Services LLC sold the home at 500 Keith Pointe Drive to Alan and Heather Colicchio, of Rumson, N.J., for $2.6 million. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,068,700 in March.

Bird Key

Chad and Adrienne Delligatti sold their home at 573 Bird Key Drive to Jason Crowl and Heidi Klausing, of Westerville, Ohio, for $1.2 million. Built in 1961, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,769 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $890,000 in 2015.

Kathryn Damude, of Sarasota, sold her home at 643 Owl Way to Joann Abbott and Helen Seiple, of Sarasota, for $825,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2013.

Country Club Shores

Kristen McHale, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 549 Spinnaker Lane to Pearl-Smith LLC for $720,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,473 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,800 in 1986.

Graham and Joan Forbes, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 980 Bogey Lane to 980 Bogey LLC for $455,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,460 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $315,000 in 2003.

Longbeach on Longboat Key

Russell Pope, of Tannersville, N.Y., sold his home at 6940 Longboat Drive S. to Rona Van Amburg, of Freeland, Mich., for $706,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2013.

Sea Pines

John Erickson, trustee, of River Forest, Ill., sold the Unit 23 condominium at 6937 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Trevor and Janice Rudderham, of Atlanta, for $400,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,170 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $400,000 in 2011.

Windward Bay

Donald and Beverly Swanson, of Bristol, Wis., sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nelson and Deborah Applegate, of Longboat Key, for $360,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,152 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $130,000 in 1996.

Sarasota Harbour East

Thomas and Geraldine Kirchner, of Lancaster, Pa., sold their Unit 6 condominium at 769 John Ringling Blvd. to Gregory and Cynthia Williams, of Wilmington, Del., for $225,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 882 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $315,000 in 2003.
