A home in Baypoint Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Donna Townsend sold their home at 1535 Bay Point Drive to John and Mary Metz, of Sarasota, for $3.65 million. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,285 square feet of living area.

Anthony Flakus Jr., of Sarasota, sold his Unit 1408 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Karen Mattice Lombardi, of Sarasota, for $817,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $682,200 in 2007.

Pine Shores Estates

D Balot Investment LLC sold the home at 6452 Hollywood Blvd. to NKV Solution LLC for $775,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,851 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2015. 

Palmers

William and Marianne Junker, of Terra Ceia, sold their home at 2498 Arlington St. to Deborah Hill, trustee, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,459 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2014.

Buccaneer Bay

Jeffrey Welch, of Orlando, sold his home at 1875 Buccaneer Circle to Andrew and Jennifer Peterson, of Arvada, Colo., for $425,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,035 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,400 in 2000.

Lee Brewer, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4640 Leeta Lane to Barbara Richardson, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,669 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,300 in 2016.

Gulf Gate East

Robert Levanti and Carole Levanti, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 4174 Kingston Way to Shawn and Jennifer O’Malley, of New Lenox, Ill., for $357,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,300 in 1984.

Alta Vista Investments Inc. sold the home at 2547 Bahia Vista St. to John McNaught III, of Sarasota, for $325,000. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2004.

Sharon Page, trustee, of Spring Hill, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 835 Osprey Ave. to Craig and Katherine Montgomery, of Apopka, for $275,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,000 in 1996.

Aaron and Kimberly Ott, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2919 Concord St. to Paul and Paula Crotty, of Sarasota, for $257,900. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $128,000 in 2009.

South Highland

Wells Fargo Bank, trustee, sold two properties at 1817 Ivanhoe St. to Thomas and Jana Deery, of Ormond Beach, for $253,200. The first property was built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,428 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1947, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $68,400 in 1999.

Herbert and Brenda Schimmel, of Sarasota, sold their home at to Christopher Collier, trustee, of W. Pittsburg, Pa., for $1.1 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,899 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 1998.

L. Diane McGaha and Richard Mintz sold their home at 5456 Azure Way to Christopher DiPaolo, of Plymouth Meeting, Pa., for $984,900. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,476 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2015.
