A pair of bald eagles were spotted atop a massive pine tree across from Town Hall Thursday, Oct. 27.

These birds are among an estimated 1,500 couples nesting in Florida, making the Sunshine State one of the densest concentrations of the national bird in the lower 48, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
